Our March 11 ICRI-NE Dinner Presentation will feature a panel discussion with five (5) local industry experts who will share their insights regarding New and Traditional Technologies for Deck Coatings.

Ben BonavitaHempelBen Bonavita is a Neogard account manager serving the New England states. His responsibilities include servicing contractors and property owners who install or are interested in installing Neogard traffic, floor, roof, and wall coatings. Before joining Neogard in May 2023, Ben gained experience in the resurfacing industry working for USA Resurfacing, a firm that specializes in resinous flooring, traffic coatings, self-leveling, concrete polishing, and concrete surface preparation. He served as an estimator, and then project manager before taking a position with Neogard. Ben earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University where he also played baseball.
Sean DavisPierce Property ServicesSean is Vice President of Construction Services with Pierce Property Services. His expertise and broad experience with the techniques and processes of concrete restoration, waterproofing, and parking garage restoration will enrich and enhance this ICRI-NE Panel Discussion.
Ryan HallSika CorporationRyan Hall is a Product Engineer specializing in traffic coatings at Sika Corporation, where he has been instrumental in advancing the industry for the past five years. Ryan played a key role in launching the Sikalastic One Shot systems—Sikalastic 726 Balcony One Shot and Sikalastic 720 One Shot—an innovative approach to traffic coatings that streamlines application and enhances performance. In addition to these groundbreaking developments, he has been actively involved in supporting Sika’s overall traffic coating portfolio, contributing expertise in formulation, performance optimization, and market adaptation. With an expertise of traffic coating technologies and industry demands, Ryan is committed to driving innovation and collaboration among engineers, manufacturers, and contractors. As a panelist at this ICRI event, he looks forward to sharing insights on product advancements, application efficiencies, and the evolving landscape of traffic coatings.
Anthony (Tony) HayesTremcoTony Hayes is an experienced sales professional with expertise in building envelope protection products including waterproofing systems, air barriers, coatings, sealants, glazing systems, firestopping solutions, and transition assemblies. Since 2011 he has worked with Tremco Commercial Sealants and Waterproofing, where his currently serves as New England Territory Manager. Tony earned a B.A. in Management from Assumption University.
Adam Levesque, PE Walker ConsultantsAdam Levesque is a Principal and Director of Restoration in Walker’s Boston office. A registered professional engineer in MA, ME, NH, VT, RI, and CT, he has 19 years of experience in the rehabilitation, assessment, and design of building structures. Adam has completed numerous restoration projects including pre-cast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, post-tensioned concrete, wood, and steel-framed structures. He works with clients to develop practical repair solutions that minimize disruptors to facilities. Adam also actively works with owners to develop long-term asset management plans for their structures to ensure that repairs and maintenance are completed proactively.
