The key to proper cold weather concrete is about managing risk. \nThis presentation will highlight the potential problems generally associated with placing concrete in cold weather\, and the principles that should be in place\, including the goals for the project\, to ensure successful cold weather placement of concrete. For example\, sometimes-overlooked programs are the Cold Weather Concrete Plan and the Pre-Concrete Conference. Our industry expert presenter will delve into how these important programs assist in meeting project goals.
